18.50

Color: Brown and yellow flowers

These are new hybrids, which bloom pink, white or yellow and have sometimes a wonderful scent during flowering. This flowering is spectacular and can last up to 12 weeks. The plants tolerate temperatures down to -5 degrees Celsius. Calanthe grows well in average garden soil, you can possibly mix some orchid soil with the soil in the planting hole. Provide a sheltered position in the shade or partial shade. The leaves remain on the plant in winter and can be covered with straw. In spring old leaves can be cut off.
