Privacy

 From May 25, 2018, the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation apply.

If you place an order with us, you will have to provide your personal details. This should be done once if you want to order something. We understand that you want to know why we ask for your personal information and what we do with it.

What do we do with your data:
We use your data only for the minimum / necessary; purely for administration and processing / sending of your order.

Deliver your order
For your order we have the following information:
– The name, address, place of residence, postal code, telephone number and e-mail address of the customer.
– Payment details of the order.
– The name, address, zip code, place of residence, (optional phone number) of the recipient.
– Login details (if you wish to automatically log off on our website).
– IP address.

 We use the services of PostNL or DPD for the execution of the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with PostNL or DPD. PostNL and DPD uses this information only for the purpose of carrying out the agreement, namely the sending of your order. In the event that PostNL or DPD engages subcontractors, PostNL or DPD will also make your data available to these parties.

Your Account
In your account on our webshop, we store the following information: your name, address (es), telephone number, e-mail address, delivery and payment details.
So you do not have to enter data each time you want to place a new order. Data from previous orders is also saved so that you can easily find them. You can delete your account yourself if you do not want to store your data on our webshop anymore.
Based on applicable administrative obligations, we have to keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs.
All the above data are guaranteed in a secure back-end environment.

Hotmail
We use the services of Hotmail for our regular (business) e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Hotmail has no access to our mailbox and we handle all our e-mail traffic confidentially.

Your rights
Based on the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights with regard to the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below which rights these are and how you can invoke these rights.
In principle, in order to prevent (misuse), we will send copies / order confirmations of your data only to your already known e-mail address. We keep records of completed requests / orders. You receive all statements / order confirmations of data in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems.

Right of inspection

You always have the right to access the data that we process and that relate to your person or are traceable to that. You can submit a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you to us known e-mail address a copy of all data with an overview of the processors who have this data in them, stating the category under which we have stored this data.

Privacy Policy Changes

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy at any time. However, you will always find the most recent version on this page. If the new privacy policy has consequences for the way in which we process already collected data relating to you, we will inform you by e-mail.
